As the book name implies, you’re about to ’round out’ your knowledge and dive deeper into meditation learning techniques Melissa considers more ‘advanced’ than what she teaches in her introductory book, Learn to Meditate in Minutes.

The aim of this Advanced Meditation book is to help the meditator move towards the inner door they seek to open – then beyond. Thus the ’rounding out’ of foundational knowledge, further learning, and clear step-by-step processes (which are highly effective and easy to follow) will act like ‘guide rails’ in that journey.

Please note, this book is the physical version of the PDF coursebook provided to students who enroll in the Advanced Meditation course.  For those not in Australia, for cheaper postage options, you can order the physical book via Amazon.

Techniques for deeper reflection

For those who have yet to experience the depth of peace, love, and awareness that meditation offers, the techniques within this book will be as foreign as another country and as far away as another galaxy. But for my fellow meditators – who find the practice as intimate as their own breath and closer than the tip of their nose – the methods inside these pages will take them deeper, in a more meaningful way, into the blissful state of meditation.

Is this the same as the course book?

This is the physical version of the PDF hand book provided with the Advanced Meditation course. Whilst it includes everything you need to know to learn advanced meditation techniques, this “hard copy” version omits course-specific inclusions to obtain certification as it assumes the reader is not enrolled in the course.

This means you’ll be able to effectively use all the techniques within this book, but purchasing it doesn’t ‘certify’ you as knowledgeable in Advanced Meditation (that is only available for those who complete the course). 

On the other hand, you don’t have to purchase this “hard copy” in order take the course because a PDF version of it (with course-specific inclusions) is provided with your enrollment. But if you like to have a “real” book to hold and refer to, then this book serves as a great complement to the course.
