I have been involved with fitness, gym and pilates for over 15 years. I have a genuine love of movement and how it makes you feel.
I took a Leap of Faith in 2019 and resigned from my bank job of 3 years to follow my passion. I am now a Pilates Matwork and Barre Instructor. I have a great love of alternative and holistic medicine and have many different forms of Energy Healing under my belt…..Reiki Master/Instructor, Crystal Practitioner, Source Healer, Flower Therapy Healer, YL Essential Oil Consultant, Chakra Dance Instructor and Shakti Warrior Dance Instructor.
I am a proud Virgo in the 50+ club….age really is just a number. I have 2 beautiful, wild boys who are 20 and 16 years old.
