Hi my name is Leonie, I am a Usui Reiki Practitioner and Master. I also work as a Assistant in Nursing, I have a certificate IV in Leisure and health, with current First Aid, CPR and Basic Emergency Life Support.
I began my journey as a Usui Reiki Practitioner after receiving Reiki healing sessions myself. After my first session I was so relaxed and calm, I hadn’t felt this good in a long time I was fascinated by the whole experience. I booked myself in for 3 more sessions. While laying on the table one day, I thought to myself, I would love to be able to do this, it would be so rewarding.
I did some research and came across Natural Healer. I completed level 1, 2 and Master with Natural Healer, practicing on family and friends along the way. I am looking forward to continuing my journey as a Usui Reiki Energy Healer.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces the symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia and gives a feeling of wellness through non-invasive hands above or gentle touch to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Reiki holistic healing is used all over the world, as a complementary therapy. In Australia it is currently being provided in many hospitals, palliative care, hospices, nursing homes and community settings. Reiki works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to support the relief of side effects, reduces pain and promotes wellness.
