You're probably doing this...

If you’re like most people, you’re trying to create and manifest the life you truly want to live:  you create a vision board, write in your journal, express your affirmations, visualise your ideal future…

You’re doing all the “right” things, but…

The things happening throughout your day don’t seem to support what you’re trying to create! 😢

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, I’m trying so hard! Why am I not manifesting what I desire? then I’d like to share a little insight that I teach in my own manifesting course.

It’s one of the most common stumbling blocks I see and the interesting thing is, most of us don’t even realise we’re doing it!

It's hiding in plain sight! 🥸

Let’s imagine you’ve spent time creating your vision board, choosing beautiful images of your dream home, your ideal partner, vibrant health, abundance, or the life you would love to experience.

You feel inspired! You feel hopeful! You feel aligned!

Then you jump in the car and get caught in traffic and suddenly you’re frustrated. You’re thinking about how annoying the traffic is and how late you’re going to be.

Your vibration drops a little.

Then you arrive at work and someone says something that irritates you, which makes your frustration grow. Throughout the day, little things continue to happen that just pull you down more and more. Perhaps someone begins gossiping and you get pulled into the conversation or maybe something doesn’t go according to plan. Or you just find yourself complaining, worrying, or dwelling on something negative.

Whilst none of these things seem directly related to your manifestation, energetically, something important is happening here…

Your vibration is gradually lowering.

Your resonance matters 💫

One of the biggest misconceptions about manifesting is that it’s only about visualising your goal, but the reality is that your overall vibration is the focus because – well, you attract that which you are!

Every thought, emotion, reaction, and experience contributes to the energetic frequency you carry throughout the day. Think of it like this – if you wanted to listen to a rock & roll song on the radio, do you think you’re going to get to hear it if you’re tuned into the classical music station? No, you have to change channesl to get what you want!

So when you finally get home, perhaps you switch on the news or you watch a show filled with conflict, fear, anger, or destruction – what do you think you’re doing to your vibration? Again, you’re not consciously working against your manifestation, but you’re definitely not helping it come into being!

If you’ve followed my work for a while, you’ll know that I believe we are energetic beings who resonate with love, light, and the Divine source.

The denser our vibration becomes, the heavier we feel. The lighter and higher our vibration becomes, the more aligned we are with possibility, joy, love, and creation.

This is why you're stuck...

When you visualise your dreams, you naturally lift your vibration ✨ You see the life you desire, you feel gratitude, you feel hope! You imagine beautiful outcomes and are connected with infinite possibility.

These are all higher vibrations.

But if you spend the rest of your day allowing your vibration to continually drop through frustration, gossip, negativity, and emotional reactions, something interesting happens – the higher vibration you created during your manifesting practice begins to get cancelled out.

It’s almost like taking two steps forward and two steps back! 👣 So by the end of the day, you’ve created very little energetic movement.

And so it feels like nothing is happening – all that effort for what seems like “nothing’. When in fact, you made a lot of effort for the positive, then unknowingly made a whole lot of effort for the negative, too!

This is simple, but it works!🫶

Now, this doesn’t mean you should pretend life is “perfect” or to ignore challenges or refuse to acknowledge your emotions. Nope, that’s not what this is about!

The key is awarenessthe moment you notice your vibration beginning to drop, pause and take a breath 😮‍💨

Ask yourself: “Is this helping me?”

If you’re frustrated in traffic, acknowledge it then choose not to stay there. If someone is gossiping, choose not to participate. If something has upset you, allow yourself to feel it without feeding it.

By doing this, you’re preventing those lower vibrations from gaining momentum while preserving the higher vibration you’ve already created through your manifesting practice! 🙌

Then you’ll find that over time, that consistency in your energy vibration is what will make a powerful difference in your manifesting goals!

Remember, manifesting isn’t just about what you do during your visualisations – it’s about how you go through your entire day!

Becoming aware of what lifts you up and what pulls you down is a fundamental part of allowing your manifesting abilities to stay strong! The more you protect your vibration, the more aligned you become with the life you’re trying to create. And perhaps even more importantly, you’ll find yourself moving through life with greater peace, balance, and ease 🙏
